In 2018 I was invited to enter the Adelaide Spiritual Direction Formation Program. At that time, I was employed as a Catholic hospital Chaplain and CPE Educator and supervisor. During the time of formation, I really enjoyed experiencing the slow movement of “doing” to “being” or head to heart that emerged from contemplative awareness and reflective practice on God’s presence in our lives. Accompanying others and witnessing God’s presence in their lives bringing forth life giving healing and transformation confirmed for me the gift of this ministry.
July 2022, I retired and after 50 years of living in the city my husband and I moved to Penola. I now delight in welcoming pilgrims who visit the Mary MacKillop Interruptive Centre and continue to accompany directees via zoom
