Sr Colleen Leonard SGS is a Sister of the Good Samaritan, an experienced Spiritual Director, retreat leader and workshop facilitator. Drawing on many years of ministry in spirituality and faith formation, she is passionate about accompanying people as they seek to recognise God’s presence and action in the ordinary experiences of daily life.
Colleen has extensive experience in spiritual direction, retreat facilitation and adult faith development. Her ministry is grounded in the Good Samaritan-Benedictine tradition of hospitality, listening and compassionate presence. She has served on the faculty of Campion Spirituality Centre in Melbourne and continues to facilitate retreats, workshops and spiritual formation programs throughout Australia.
In Spiritual Direction, Colleen offers a reflective and prayerful space where individuals can explore their life experiences, discern the movements of the Spirit and deepen their relationship with God. Through attentive listening and gentle accompaniment, she supports people to discover God’s grace, love and invitation within the realities of everyday life.
Colleen believes that every person’s story is sacred. She considers it a profound privilege to accompany others as they grow in self-awareness, faith and spiritual freedom, becoming more attentive to the presence of God in all things.
