I am an associate professor and the Dean of Counseling Studies and Ministry in a Lutheran Theological Seminary. Moreover, I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist, Supervisor and Senior Counselor as well as a Spiritual Director in Companion LeShalom Centre in Hong Kong. My spiritual training and practice are based on Ignatius spiritual full exercise practice. I have kept studying in spiritual formation and Spiritual direction. I have attended different retreat camps, practiced and given the full spiritual exercise as well. I was called to be a companion to walk with people in their spiritual journey. During my spiritual journey as well as the journey with my directees, I have experienced God’s grace and love a lot. I can provide spiritual direction sessions in Cantonese, Mandarin and English as well.
